Fitted with Thomastik-Infeld Dominant strings — the benchmark cello string recognized for its distinctive tone and playability. The multi-strand Perlon core delivers the tonal warmth and richness of gut strings without their instability, producing a sound that is full, robust, and rich in overtones. Dominant projects clearly in both arco and pizzicato, and holds its tuning reliably even under changes in humidity and temperature. Made in Vienna since 1919.
